I'm a drag king from █████████ ██████ who delights in the nonnostalgic past!

That old school ID where you sneezed halfway through? Perfect.

That old drawing where the hands are two times bigger than the character's face? Ten outta ten.

That week where you thought a mullet suited your face and took as many pictures as possible? Fan-freaking-tastic

There is just something freeing about these fits of cringe. Because at those times, you didn't care what other people thought of you. You liked that rat tail haircut! And you were going to rock it, no matter what other people said!

And so, I made a website. The code is broken in multiple places (oh god, you should see how many red xs are on my page right now) and I don't at all know how to change the margins.

But.... you know what?

I'm having fun!!!

It's fun learning through experience, like I did as a kid on the internet. The internet was hard as a kid, but it was hard in a way that tugged me along, like it was leading me through the waltz. I got through the Caverns of Blood and Parapluesch without a walkthrough, because there wasn't one! Sometimes, there were no clues, no instructions, no explanation. You find a flash game in a language you don't speak and that was seemingly endless free (though frustrating) entertainment for the near future.

Very often, it was annoying as hell, and I don't want to act high and mighty because I figured out older games without help, I just am reminiscing on something I miss out of life now. I miss the stupid and the cringe. I miss not caring what other people think. And, for crying out loud, I miss people proudly showing off the imperfect. I miss showing off the imperfect. I don't care if it looks silly. I genuinely worked hard on it. And I'm putting this out into the world, with all the glitter and misspellngs as it can hold.
